Job summary

Singapore Table Tennis Association seeks a dedicated High Performance Executive to assist the High Performance Manager in running the division and executing high performance plans, including management of the National Team and development squads.

The role involves providing administrative support to coaches and athletes, coordinating SMSS services, and overseeing travel and competition arrangements. A 2-year renewable contract awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Diploma/’A’ Level/Degree, entry level or with at least one year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist HPM in implementing High Performance plans on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare annual operating reports and applications for financial assistance.
• Assist in delivery and management of SMSS services to programme athletes.
• Assist HPM in High Performance Administration.
• Serve as Team Manager for overseas training and competitions.
• Assist with Air tickets, visas, and competition registrations.
