Job summary

Singapore Squash Rackets Association is seeking an experienced National Coach to lead our high performance programme and guide elite athletes toward international success. You will work with a diverse team, manage day-to-day training activities, and contribute to our national sport development goals.

You will collaborate with coaching professionals across Singapore, lead training initiatives, and participate in local and international competitions, while mentoring junior staff and supporting the

Qualifications

• 2 years previous coaching experience with elite, national or state athletes preferred.
• Coaching certification equivalent to ASF or WSF Level 1.
• Former PSA athletes or other elite competition experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and driven, result-oriented.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the High Performance Training Programme.
• Maintain records and assess athletes’ progress and KPIs.
• Prepare analyses and reports on training and competition results.
• Travel with athletes for training and tournaments to provide coaching support.
• Ensure athletes adhere to agreements and code of conduct.
• Lead community training programmes and assist with outreach activities.
• Identify and recruit high-potential talents for the High Performance Programme.
• Contribute to the Community of Practice initiatives and collaboration.
