Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales is required.
• Experience with the interior/renovation industry is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging homeowners, IDs and contractors.
• Self-motivated and resilient with a growth mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office and Airtable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom walk-ins and help convert marketing-generated leads into long-term clients.
• Identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities among homeowners, Interior Designers (IDs), and contractors.
• Handling the full process from lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management, to conducting site visits, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Confidently showcase our products which includes competitive pricing, compelling product comparisons.
• Coordinating site assessments, prepare accurate quotations, schedule installations, and manage after-sales service.
• Maintaining accurate records by updating the customer database, tracking receivables, and helping resolve warranty or rectification matters promptly.
• Working closely with our team to meet monthly sales targets, with a clear path to exceed them as you level your skills and confidence.
