Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. is partnering with a fast-growing Pilates and wellness studio in Singapore. We seek an energetic instructor to lead Reformer and Comprehensive Pilates classes at multiple studio locations, delivering high-quality movement education and client progression.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years teaching, an official Pilates certification, strong English cueing, and a client-focused mindset to foster a loyal community and premium class experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of active Pilates teaching experience.
• Certified in Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates (STOTT, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and cueing ability in English.
• Energetic, confident, and client-focused personality.
• Strong understanding of movement anatomy and body mechanics.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Existing client base or strong client retention track record is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-energy Reformer and/or Comprehensive Pilates classes.
• Deliver group and private Pilates sessions with precision and smooth class flow.
• Guide clients in improving posture, flexibility, core stability, and body awareness.
• Provide progressions and regressions for multi-level participants.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and community growth.
• Maintain professionalism and energy while handling multiple classes daily.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment safety, and smooth daily operations.
• Contribute positively to studio culture and overall client experience.
