Bok Seng Group in Singapore invites applications for a logistics coordinator to plan and deploy heavy haulage resources, arrange outrider escort services and crane bookings, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations. • GCE O'Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange outrider escort services and crane booking.
• Plan and ensure availability of heavy haulage resources (mobile cranes, lorry cranes, trailers, SPMT).
• Make requisitions to EMD for equipment repairs or services.
• Adjust logistics plans in response to changes to meet project deliverables.
• Maintain coordination with customers and third-party service providers.
• Address customers' requirements and ensure they are met during work execution.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
