Job summary

Alliance Movers APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to oversee daily transport and logistics operations in Singapore.

You will supervise drivers, allocate work, plan routes and schedules, and liaise with customers to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements. Strong English communication is required; Mandarin skills are a plus. Candidates with at least two years in transport or logistics will be favored.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, or operations management is preferred.
• Class 3 Driving Licence (Singapore) is required/advantageous.
• Proven ability to coordinate routes, schedules and manpower.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily transport and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Supervise drivers and transport personnel, ensuring efficient work allocation and scheduling.
• Plan and coordinate transportation routes, delivery schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Liaise with customers when necessary to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements.
• Ensure excellent customer service through clear, professional, and polite communication.
• Ensure all goods are delivered safely and in good condition, with necessary precautions to prevent damage to customers' premises and property.
• Monitor daily transport activities and resolve operational issues or delivery delays when necessary.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and transport operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
