Synapxe is offering a Poly Internship from March 2027 to February 2028 to contribute to healthcare IT implementation and project support in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across SDLC/Agile environments, working with project teams, stakeholders, and PHIs to deliver go-live readiness and post-implementation support.

The role involves testing, stakeholder engagement, and documentation, with travel to Public Healthcare Institutions as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and contribute to HealthTech transformation

Responsabilités

• Support workshops, discussions, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking action items
• Assist in preparing test scripts and test scenarios
• Participate in functional testing, defect tracking, retesting, and validation activities
• Support go-live readiness activities and deployment preparation
• Assist in post go-live activities, issue tracking, and project closure documentation

Join us to how large-scale healthcare IT systems are implemented and supported while gaining exposure to project management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and go-live operations in a real healthcare environment.

Gain hands‑on experience supporting healthcare IT implementation projects within Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will work with project teams and healthcare stakeholders on testing, go-live activities, user engagement, and system support initiatives.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

1. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support workshops, discussions, and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking action items

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist in preparing test scripts and test scenarios
• Participate in functional testing, defect tracking, retesting, and validation activities

3. Go‑Live Preparation & Support

• Support go‑live readiness activities and deployment preparation
• Assist in validating documentation and project deliverables prior to implementation

4. Post‑Implementation Support

• Work with users and support teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in post go‑live activities, issue tracking, and project closure documentation

About You:

Final‑year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks

Good communication skills and comfortable engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Strong team player with a willingness to learn and contribute

Passionate about healthcare technology and digital transformatio

Independent, fast‑learner, and self‑driven

Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Passionate and keen to make a difference to re‑imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
