Responsibilities

• Assist in Application Operations & Monitoring: support monitoring, health checks, and maintenance.
• Assist in Testing & Change Management: participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.
• Assist in Service Improvement & Project Support: identify opportunities to improve resilience and efficiency.
