Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support health screening programs in the West. The role involves site recce, coordinating with stakeholders, and acting as the event POC to oversee execution and vendor performance.

You will assist pre-event planning, coordinate with teams, engage seniors during events, and ensure smooth operations, including weekend deployments when events occur.

Formación

• Experience in event operations, customer service, or community outreach preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site recce to assess suitability of the venue for healthscreening event.
• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce.
• Deployment to events site as Event POC to oversee execution of entire event and vendors’ performance.
• Deployment to healthscreening events to encourage/educate seniors to attend follow up appointment and schedule appointment onsite.
• Support Health Talk and Outreach Events.
• Support pre-event planning and logistics.
• Ensure smooth operations during events.
