• Willingness to travel to multiple venues and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess venue suitability for functional screening events.
• Coordinate with stakeholders following site visits to ensure event requirements are addressed.
• Serve as the point of contact during events, overseeing execution and vendor performance.
• Engage and educate seniors on the importance of attending follow-up appointments after screening.
• Support health talks and community outreach programmes.
• Assist with pre-event planning, coordination and logistics.
• Monitor on-site operations and resolve issues to ensure events run smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to support timely setup and execution.
• Travel to different event venues and community locations as required.
