The ideal candidate has experience in event coordination or customer service, is comfortable engaging the public, and can work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays when events occur.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, customer service or community outreach is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging with the public and supporting community health initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate functional screening events by conducting venue site visits and assessing site suitability.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to follow up on site assessments and event arrangements.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with vendors.
• Engage members of the public to promote follow-up health screening appointments and assist with on-site scheduling.
• Support health talks, community outreach programmes and other healthcare-related initiatives.
• Assist with pre-event planning, logistics coordination and operational preparations.
• Monitor event progress and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for participants.
