Recruit Express Pte Ltd. requires a proactive coordinator to support events and community outreach. You will conduct site visits, assist with planning and logistics, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless event operations.

The role involves engaging seniors and the public, supporting health talks, and travel to various event locations as needed. Expect 8:30am–6pm hours, 3–5 days per week (Wed-Sun, with weekend work as scheduled).

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior event operations or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Willing to travel to different event locations.
• Able to commit up to 5 days/week, including weekends when required.
