MDI Fortune in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Meal Service Attendant to ensure patients receive nutritious meals on time with care. You will update meal orders, prepare and distribute meals, and maintain hygiene across the ward, contributing to patient recovery and comfort.

The role includes serving beverages, stocking the pantry, collecting feedback, and following safety guidelines. Training is provided to support career growth in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Secondary 'N' level education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
• Vaccinations required to meet the hospital's employment criteria.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Update patient's meal requirements in the Meal Ordering System
• Prepare and distribute meals to patients
• Collect and clean meal trays, maintaining high hygiene standards
• Preparation and serving of adhoc beverages, snacks and supper
• General maintenance and stocking of ward pantry (includes wipe down of ward trolleys)
• Gather patient feedback and attend to patients' feedback on meal related issue
• Any other related work scope as required

Working Hours

Fixed Time: 7:30AM to 7:30PM (12 hours), 6 days a week

8.5-hour shift (6.45am - 3.15pm) is available too

Off day: Rotational - depending on operational needs
