Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a healthcare support assistant in Queenstown on a temporary, 5-day-week schedule. The role covers meal service coordination, patient meal administration, and frontline communications to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate holds a NITEC or Diploma in Food Science or Nutrition, has strong English and computer skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting while supporting kitchen and admin tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage diet control administration and patient meal-related matters.
• Handle phone calls, enquiries and feedback, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Collate and update meal information for kitchen production.
• Generate daily meal summaries and patient meal chits using the electronic meal ordering system.
• Assist the kitchen team with meal assembly, plating and tray preparation.
• Manage office supplies, stock issuance and stock-taking.
• Receive, store and distribute goods to relevant departments.
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys and collate feedback.
• Manage daily staff meal orders, collection coordination and payment processing.
• Support general administrative duties including documentation, filing, posters and signage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Employment Type: September 2026 to December 2026/January 2027/ Temporary

Working Hours: 5-day work week, rotational shifts 5.15am - 2.45pm & 7.30am - 5.00pm Includes weekends & public holidays Working hours may be adjusted based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or a related discipline preferred
• Candidates with relevant experience in food services, healthcare, catering or similar operations are welcome
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate is required
• Good communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling, including lifting and carrying heavy items
