Job summary

Society for the Aged Sick seeks a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for full-time site supervision, quality assurance, and technical inspections during Phase 2 renovation of a nursing home. You will ensure works comply with D&B drawings, specifications, and Singapore building codes while coordinating with live healthcare operations.

The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on supervision experience on building projects, including A&A, interior fit-outs, and finishing trades, with strong familiarity

Qualifications

• Accredited RTO with IES/ACES JAC in Singapore.
• Diplomas in civil/structural, building or architectural tech or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect architectural, structural and M&E works across blocks.
• Verify contractor works against D&B drawings, specs, and codes.
• Inspect hospital-grade finishes, fittings, doors and tiling in ward areas.
• Monitor live healthcare facility constraints and safety compliance.
• Oversee M&E coordination drawings and service layouts to avoid clashes.
