Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions, a leader in infrastructure and project management, seeks a Resident Technical Officer to supervise construction works on HDB/LTA projects in Singapore. You will read and interpret architectural drawings, ensure compliance with contracts and regulations, and collaborate with Qualified Persons and project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Accreditation as RTO (IES/ACES) preferred.
• Certificate in BCSS or similar construction-safety certification.
• At least 2 years' experience as RTO or similar on HDB/LTA projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works ensuring conformance to specs and drawings.
• Ensure contractor work complies with regulations by authorities.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality.
• Perform tests to verify material quality.
• Review drawings and specifications, raise discrepancies to Qualified Person(s).
• Attend meetings with Qualified Persons and clients/consultants.
• Prepare progress reports for clients.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
