Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a final-year diploma student for an internship to contribute to NHIPS onboarding, documenting workflows, and gathering requirements to improve health-tech processes. You will analyse onboarding data, map processes, and prepare clear documentation such as SOPs and user guides while engaging stakeholders to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Interns may travel to Public Healthcare Institutions and will gain hands-on experience in business analysis,

Qualificações

Final-year diploma student pursuing IT, BIS, Data Analytics, or Healthcare Informatics.
Interest in business analysis, process improvement, and healthcare technology.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Assist onboarding of new users, partners, and institutions onto NHIPS.
Review and document onboarding workflows and SOPs.
Gather stakeholder feedback to improve onboarding efficiency and user experience.
Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Analyse onboarding data and prepare reports to track progress.
Support project coordination and continuous improvement within onboarding team.
