Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across departments in a healthcare setting. You will manage procurement, transport coordination, and administrative support while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least 8 years of ops/administrative management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant operations or administrative management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably from healthcare, nursing home, hospital, or healthcare services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely supply of medical and non-medical items while maintaining compliance standards.
• Lead front office operations including visitor management and service coordination.
• Coordinate transport arrangements and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Supervise and support operations staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure proper maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and transport vehicles.
• Work closely with nursing, finance, and administrative teams to support operational needs.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
