Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical, or healthcare services is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare facility.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, patients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing and monitoring healthcare operational workflows and service-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and other operational information.
• Assist in coordinating patient service and administrative matters where required.
• Support appointment, scheduling, admission, discharge, or other healthcare administrative processes as assigned.
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, meeting materials, and management updates.
• Monitor outstanding operational matters and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining healthcare policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, compliance activities, and healthcare-related projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient and organisational information.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve administrative and operational issues.
• Assist management in reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other healthcare administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
