You will work with dentists, nurses, administrative staff, and management to maintain high service quality, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvements across locations; daytime shifts, five-day week, with some weekend work.

Job description

Healthcare operations professionals ensure that Smilepoint Dental clinics adhere to all clinical and regulatory standards while operating efficiently and safely. This role supports both patient care and clinical teams by ensuring that the entire organisation operates efficiently.

In this role, you may be responsible for ensuring the clinic operates seamlessly, that all regulations are adhered to, that resources are utilised effectively, and that continuous improvements are pursued. The Healthcare Operations team collaborates closely with dentists, nurses, administrative personnel, and management to ensure that service quality remains consistently high across all locations.

Smilepoint Dental operates from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, five days a week, including weekends, and remains closed on public holidays. We provide a reliable and professional environment where expertise and operational insight are acknowledged and appreciated.
