The Patient Relations Trainee job at Smilepoint Dental is for people who are just starting out in healthcare and want to learn in a professional, supportive setting. As a trainee, you will learn how to handle appointments, help patients with questions, support front desk operations, and understand the patient’s journey from arrival to follow-up. You will work closely with experienced patient relations executives and clinical teams who will help you with your daily tasks and show you the best ways to do them.

Smilepoint Dental is open from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, five days a week, including weekends. It is closed on public holidays. You learn on the job, with clear steps and a mentor to help you gain confidence and professional skills.
