Job summary

SingHealth Group Allied Health (GAH) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support senior leadership in implementing the strategic AH Leadership Programme across SingHealth institutions. The role focuses on operations, coordination, and assistance to develop future-ready AH leaders.

You will manage participant coordination, curriculum planning, procurement, and governance reporting, while engaging local and international partners to design learning journeys and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in administration and project management would be advantageous, preferably in healthcare-related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker with good planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, with a meticulous and organised approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Allied Health (AH) Leadership Programme, including participant management, operations and workshops.
• Schedule curriculum planning, implementation and refinement of programme content, and coordinate faculty, speakers, coaches and mentors.
• Manage procurement, vendor engagement and programme-related administrative processes; oversee logistics and travel coordination.
• Provide secretariat support for programme meetings and monitor expenditure to keep projects within budget.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to support programme planning and implementation, including international partners.
