Job summary

Telistar Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line remote and on-site support for healthcare systems and applications. You will handle service requests, document procedures, and collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues.

The role requires a diploma/bachelor’s in engineering, medical, or science fields with about 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. On-site work at TPY (Caldecott MRT) with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Medical or Science related field with 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line remote technical support to customers with focus on healthcare systems and applications.
• Record and prioritize service requests; document in the service management system.
• Document diagnostics, troubleshooting steps, resolutions and case statuses thoroughly.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed troubleshooting notes.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines and clearly communicate solutions to customers.
