The candidate will perform functional analysis, participate in testing phases, and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management.
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
• Experience in database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
• Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
• Conduct user requirement gathering for new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions.
• Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions.
• Perform functional analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Involvement in testing phases prior to implementation, including test plans and cases.
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for system implementations or enhancements.
• Liaise with business users to define IT processes and workflows to complement the solution.
• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation of progress.
• Identify and coordinate cross-functional resource support for projects.
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
• Participate in and support RFPs for projects with the Manager.
