Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) invites qualified professionals to contribute to public healthcare infrastructure. The Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division seeks candidates with experience in quantity surveying or mechanical project management to support delivery within timeline, budget and quality.

You will coordinate with authorities, manage approvals, support procurement, and oversee consultants and builders to ensure value, time and safety in complex public sector projects for MOHH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in quantity surveying or mechanical project management.
• Familiarity with government procurement and contract administration for infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Minimum 8 or 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with complex project management background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple authorities to ensure all requirements are met.
• Manage the project approval process to ensure all papers are in order and submitted on time.
• Support the procurement process for consultancy services and builders; prepare pre-qualification, expressions of interest and tender documents.
• Deliver projects within the stipulated time frame and budgets, meeting MOH/MOHH quality requirements and supervising consultants and builders.
