Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Project Manager for a 9-month maternity cover in the Kent Ridge area. The role centers on governing and standardising infrastructure projects within a hospital cluster, including feasibility studies, design development, and procurement leadership.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in complex live-environment A&A, with familiarity in healthcare infrastructure and interaction with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of professional experience with complex, live-environment A&A.
• Healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects experience is a plus.
• Experience in owner/developer settings is advantageous.
• High level of technical competency in infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and permits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguities in complex projects.
• Team player capable of working with stakeholders from multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies to ensure consistent delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Develop technical standards and ensure alignment with hospital infrastructure and design.
• Engage users for feasibility studies on rejuvenation projects.
• Lead the design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project implementation.
• Review and approve schedules, method statements, and permits during construction.
• Oversee consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Lead engagement with local authorities.
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and BoQ.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
