Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a project infrastructure specialist to develop governance policies and technical standards for hospital infrastructure projects. You will engage stakeholders, lead feasibility studies, and oversee design development including procurement of consultancy and construction packages.

You will review schedules, method statements, and permits during construction, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to deliver on project objectives.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Engineering or similar with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in developing project governance policies and technical standards.
• Experience in engaging users for feasibility studies and leading design development.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance policies and processes to enable consistency in infrastructure project delivery.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects and ensure alignment with hospital infrastructure and design.
• Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects; lead design development and procurement.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions and permits to work during construction.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in service delivery per contract terms.
• Lead engagement with local authorities; prepare cost estimates, scope of work and BOQs; prepare minutes and reports.
