Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Informatics Executive in Singapore to manage IT and automation projects that improve operational efficiency and patient-centered outcomes. The role involves collaboration across departments to align project goals with organizational strategy.

You will develop pharmacy data reports, support end users, and deliver training on pharmacy systems, while maintaining data accuracy and supporting asset management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a relevant field with interest in IT and automation.
• Experience in an IT-related role within healthcare is beneficial.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including macros and Power Query.
• Experience with data extraction and mining tools, such as SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT-related projects.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements align with organizational goals.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of database systems to support operational needs.
• Perform system testing in accordance with operational workflows and generate scheduled reports and ad-hoc data requests.
• Develop and enhance pharmacy data reports and dashboards in partnership with relevant departments.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot user issues, and prioritize needs for system applications.
• Prepare training resources and conduct sessions to ensure effective utilization of pharmacy systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams for asset management and support process improvement initiatives.
