Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks an Informatics Executive to manage and coordinate IT and automation projects, driving operational efficiency and patient-centered outcomes.

You will collaborate across departments, support pharmacy data reporting and dashboards, provide end-user training, and help optimize pharmacy systems and reporting processes. This role offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities to influence digital workflows that enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in IT and automation.
• Experience in an IT-related role within healthcare is beneficial.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including macros and Power Query.
• Experience with data extraction/mining tools, such as SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, testing, and documentation of IT-related projects.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to align requirements with organizational goals.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of pharmacy database systems.
• Perform system testing and generate scheduled reports and ad-hoc data requests.
• Develop and enhance pharmacy data reports and dashboards with relevant departments.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Prepare training resources and conduct sessions for pharmacy systems.
• Coordinate with IT for asset management and process improvement initiatives.
