Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Healthcare IT Executive to support healthcare IT systems, data reporting and technology projects within a pharmacy environment. You will handle project coordination, data analysis, system support and user training to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a degree or higher qualification, strong IT interests, and proficiency in Advanced Excel and data extraction. Experience in healthcare IT is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification is required.
• Strong interest in IT, automation and healthcare technology.
• Healthcare IT experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Macros, Power Query).
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/mining.

Responsibilities

• Support IT projects from planning and testing to implementation.
• Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors.
• Maintain and manage data in pharmacy IT systems.
• Generate reports and support dashboard development.
• Perform system testing based on business workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Conduct user training and prepare learning materials.
• Support process improvement and system optimisation.
