Job summary

Our esteemed client in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager (Healthcare) to oversee outsourced operational services across hospitality settings, from housekeeping to pest control and linen services. You will coordinate vendor performance and drive improvements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and service partners, maintain contract governance, and ensure audit readiness while supporting budgeting and cost management.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in contract, vendor, or service management within service-led environments (e.g., hospitality, facilities, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams effectively.
• Demonstrated project coordination and leadership capability in driving service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned hospitality-services portfolio covering outsourced operational services (e.g., housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen/laundry, and portering).
• Track vendor performance against agreed service measures and drive corrective actions to meet operational standards.
• Partner internal stakeholders and service partners to identify service gaps, resolve operational issues, and support evolving site needs.
• Maintain contract governance, including performance reviews, reporting cadence, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor service quality through checks, feedback loops, and service recovery actions, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and workplace safety practices.
• Support budgeting, procurement coordination, and cost management to optimise resource use and value outcomes.
• Lead or support service-improvement initiatives, operational projects, audits, and resilience planning.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day support.
