Job summary

Vision Manpower Pte Ltd seeks a capable hospitality contract manager to oversee a broad Group Hospitality portfolio in a healthcare/hac facilities setting. You will manage Housekeeping, Waste, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering services, while driving vendor performance and ensuring compliance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Requires recognised degree, preferably in contract management related to Healthcare, Hotel or Horticulture.
• Experience in contract, vendor, or service management in healthcare, hospitality, or facilities environments.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group Hospitality portfolio including Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services.
• Drive vendor performance to meet contractual KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, audit standards and workplace safety.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements for operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to address issues and gaps.
• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, procurement and financial management to optimise resources.
• Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and resilience.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
