Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance professional to support the Operations team in facilities services for our nursing home group. You will assist with M&E upkeep, building operations, and safety compliance on site.

You will troubleshoot faults, perform routine inspections, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and stock management. Fresh graduates welcome; 2 years of relevant M&E experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant M&E experience recommended; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, engineering, building, etc.

• Assist in handling installation, repair, rectification, and replacement work
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance work
• Assist in procurement of supplies and parts

• Assist in ensuring quality standards of all services and systems, comply with the statutory requirements

• Liaise with vendors / contractors and supervise their work on site

About the role

To assist the Operations Manager in the facilities of the nursing home and daily service requests on facilities operations, management and maintenance for the group of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, engineering, building, etc.

About you
