Job summary

ECON Healthcare (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to manage and maintain the group’s facilities, ensuring electrical, mechanical and nurse-call systems operate reliably.

The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, inventory control, reporting, and assisting with upgrades. You will supervise a centre’s handyman and collaborate with managers to meet safety and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels.
• NITEC in ACMV or M&E is advantageous.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in ACMV and M&E faults.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilities operation, management and maintenance for the group.
• Inspect and ensure services comply with statutory requirements.
• Conduct monthly building inspections.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV, building, electrical, plumbing & sanitary.
• Attend to fault or service calls for AMCV, building, electrical, plumbing & sanitary.
• Attend to breakdowns and user feedback and service requests.
• Carry out minor installation, repairs and replacement works.
• Check and rectify defective equipment and built-in components.
• Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions for faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Source and recommend contractors/vendors for repair/rectification works.
• Manage and supervise vendors and ensure work conforms to terms.
• Create ePR for purchases and repairs; assist in procurement.
• Maintain inventory control for assets, spare parts, equipment and tools.
• Provide supervision to centre’s handyman as needed.
• Assist Manager with quotations and reports; monitor utilities.
• Maintain regular maintenance reports in One Drive.
• Involve with general housekeeping and facilities upgrades.
• Prepared to be posted for overseas assignment if required.
