Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites new graduates to join our Client Management Team as a Client Management Executive. You will learn to orchestrate supply chain solutions for global healthcare brands and become the strategic face of DKSH.

No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and exposure to monthly/quarterly business reviews, with cross-functional collaboration across DC and Finance teams. Transport is provided from major MRT hubs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or related field.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative data.
Excellent communication and professional presentation.
Proactive learner who identifies gaps and offers solutions.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for healthcare clients and align operations with their goals.
Consolidate KPI metrics into professional reports and explain insights.
Maintain frequent client touchpoints to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Monitor stock levels against targets and minimize obsolescence.
Collaborate with DC and Material Management to ensure accurate shipments and optimized storage.
Provide clear, data-backed instructions for inventory transfers, write-offs, and block actions.
