Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or service operations.
• Strong knowledge of CX principles with focus on service quality.
• Business analytics and data reporting to support service performance monitoring.
• Experience with CRM or SAP systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track fulfilment timelines and provide status updates across orders.
• Deliver timely, personalized service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure effective resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and service transactions.
• Ensure accurate order acknowledgements, ETAs, and invoicing including tax docs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize logistics with partners.
