Job summary

KHOO TECK PUAT HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join the Analytics team. You will partner with stakeholders to interpret and present statistical outcomes to support improvement initiatives across departments.

You will leverage Generative AI techniques and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create intuitive dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report progress to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–3 years in service industry/health-care preferred.
• Strong data analysis and proficiency with analytical/modelling tools.
• Analytical with strong problem solving and handling imperfect data.
• Good writing ability to translate insights into reports/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth data analysis (extraction, processing, analysis) and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement solutions using Generative AI; create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.
• Assist in projects from conception to completion, supporting timely delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs with cross-functional teams to monitor impact.
• Generate and present progress reports on outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and operations staff to drive continuous improvement.
