Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer to collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to design, build, and operationalise AI-powered solutions that improve patient care and health services.

You will lead end-to-end AI development on cloud-native infrastructure, translate clinical requirements into analytics, and mentor junior data scientists while advancing a hospital-wide data science strategy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required with extensive data-driven analysis experience in healthcare.
• 3+ years developing data science solutions in healthcare settings.
• Hands-on experience with AI engineering from model serving to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI development from data extraction to model deployment on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/private cloud).
• Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals to translate domain requirements into analytical solutions.
• Drive adoption of model outputs into clinical workflows and review deployed models for relevance and performance.
• Develop and implement simulation and optimization models to support operational and clinical decision-making.
• Publish and present analytic work; seek research collaborations and fund opportunities.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts; contribute to governance, risk management, and quality improvement.
