Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth patient flow, timely service delivery, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to execute workflows and schedules.
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvements in efficiency, turnaround time and service quality.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs and infection control standards.
• Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper maintenance of equipment for uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in audit preparation, accreditation processes and implementation of operational guidelines.
