Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) seeks a motivated, innovative candidate to translate research into population-scale digital health interventions. You will distill learnings from data and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations informing health promotion strategy.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee feasibility trials and evaluation, and translate findings into deployment-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years total relevant experience.
• 5+ years overseeing end-to-end projects.
• 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience applying behavioural insights.
• Experience in public health or health sciences is a plus.
• Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven digital products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate research into practice for digital health interventions.
• Lead feasibility trials and evaluation with deployment-ready insights.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary tech squad to prototype AI-enabled coaching concepts.
• Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Summarize insights into clear narratives for policy and program design.
