Job summary

HPB’s Integrated Solutions and Programme Planning Office in Singapore seeks a Digital Programme Manager to plan, co-design and implement innovative population health projects using wearables, AI and ML within the Healthy 365 platform. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver customer-centric digital experiences and measurable health outcomes.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Programme Planning and Evaluation, Digital App UXUI or Project Management.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and align business, technical and research workstreams.
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methodologies to evaluate programme effectiveness and surface insights.
Understanding of how digital initiatives connect to broader strategic goals with willingness to grow business acumen.

Responsibilities

Support in designing and developing innovative digital programmes that promote healthy lifestyles and user engagement, including POCs/POV initiatives.
Assist in evaluation and analysis to measure programme outcomes and user impact.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to surface insights and support continuous programme improvements.
Coordinate and liaise across multiple stakeholders (internal, domain/technical experts, government and external partners) for smooth delivery.
Maintain documentation, budget projection and utilization, and analytics activities.
