Job summary

Aon is seeking a skilled broking professional in Singapore to manage client relationships for employee benefits and coordinate with insurers and programs. The role requires understanding client HR, risk and finance needs and upselling suitable products.

You will conduct renewal meetings, analyze claims data, and prepare renewal documents while maintaining clear communication with employees and HR partners. Strong MAS registration and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MAS registration with MAS for Broking/FA rep
• Leadership and collaboration across departments
• Analytical, critical thinking and decision making
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and understand clients' needs on employee benefits and ensure placement with insurer/program
• Understand and stay current on client business, HR, risk and finance needs and upsell/cross-sell suitable products
• Stay abreast with insurance markets developments
• Conduct pre-renewal and renewal meetings with clients
• Ensure renewal terms are competitive by reviewing renewal terms and analyzing claims data
• Prepare renewal documents such as renewal proposals, claim analyses, benchmarking, decks, handbooks
• Communicate benefits programs to employees and partners
• Handle inquiries from HR and employees
• Manage follow-up on employee movements and underwriting requirements for accounts
• Ensure prompt premium payments from assigned accounts
