Job summary

Fico Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a wine service leader to deliver exceptional wine experiences and mentor a team of sommeliers. You will guide guests through the wine list, make personalized recommendations, and ensure a remarkable dining experience.

You will also oversee beverage purchasing, inventory, and reporting, while staying current on trends in the wine industry to drive innovation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine service or sommelier role.
• Experience managing a team of sommeliers.
• Passion for wine trends and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Execute best-in-class wine service, aligning with guests' tastes.
• Assist in wine & beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and reporting.
• Manage wine pairing and aperitifs service.
• Oversee the sommeliers team and mentor staff.
• Stay up-to-date on wine industry trends and developments.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Execute best-in-class wine service, keeping in mind guests' personal tastes and making recommendations, answering their questions about the wine list, making recommendations, and ensuring that they have an outstanding dining experience.
• Assist in managing wine & beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and reporting.
• Managing wine and beverage pairing, and aperitives service.
• Oversee the sommeliers team
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the wine industry.
