Job summary

Fico, part of Lobehold, is a casual Italian seaside destination celebrating living better, not faster. You will help ensure guests leave happy and satisfied, with proactive service and opportunities to delight in day-to-day moments.

You’ll build relationships with guests, take orders with menu descriptions, upsell products, and drive improvements in service operations to elevate the guest experience at our Sentosa venues.

Job description

Fico is a casual Italian seaside destination that proudly advocates living better, not faster. Its culinary focus is centred around simple Italian cooking inspired by the spirit of cucina povera, a philosophy where the use of humble ingredients is not a limitation, but the starting point of creativity.
First opened at East Coast Park in 2023, Fico serves up flavourful, soul-soothing plates that nourish oneself, with a waste-not, want-not approach that extends to food and beyond. In 2026, Fico opened its second home at Tanjong Beach Club, bringing the same warm, convivial spirit to Sentosa through a broader Italian coastal lens shaped by its new beachfront setting.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to‑day service.

You’ll be in-charge of:

• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking & menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
• Improving procedures and systems
