Work with management and the wider PPM team to grow the profile of pickleball.
This is a leadership role with commercial responsibility.
The Head Coach will work with management to grow a sustainable and successful pickleball programme.
Key areas include:

A Stronger Coaching Team
Coaches who are aligned, motivated and continuously improving.
A Growing Community
More players joining, participating and becoming regular members of the PPM community.

You should have:
You might be the right person if you are someone who thinks:
“I don't just want to coach. I want to build a programme.”
You enjoy being on court, but you're also comfortable stepping off court to solve problems, develop coaches, plan programmes and work with management.
You care about technical excellence, but you also understand that people, community and experience are what make a club special.
You are ambitious, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Most importantly, you want to be part of building something that is bigger than just yourself.
Competitive remuneration based on experience, qualifications and track record.
The role may include additional performance-based incentives linked to coaching, programme growth and other agreed responsibilities.
