Job summary

FOODPANDA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Workforce Planning to lead our integrated process end-to-end, ensuring People plans and Finance forecasts align into a single, decision-ready view across Anaplan WFP and P&L modules.

You will report to the People Leadership team and have exposure to senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, shaping talent and financial decisions. Over the next 12–18 months you will establish governance, standards, and a team to make the workforce plan the

Qualifications

• 7+ years in workforce planning or FP&A with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience leading planning processes and coordinating teams in matrix environments.
• Strong headcount, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and P&L understanding.
• Hands-on with Anaplan or similar systems across planning modules.
• Ability to translate People decisions into financial impact for execs.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated workforce planning timetable, governance and delivery across cycles.
• Drive headcount, capacity and personnel-cost strategy across multi-market footprint.
• Unify workforce assumptions, planning definitions, ownership models and approvals.
• Define global planning standards for positions, hires, and compensation assumptions.
• Lead monthly actuals-versus-plan reviews with Finance and People partners.
• Develop workforce scenarios to inform executive risk and trade-off decisions.
