Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets Singapore Pte Limited is seeking an Underwriting Operations & CX Manager in Singapore. The role drives growth and profitability by designing operational strategies, refining models and improving processes to deliver strong business outcomes.

You will lead underwriting operations across Singapore with dual reporting as needed, embedding continuous improvement and achieving service excellence for the Singapore product lines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in general (non-life) insurance or financial services operations.
• Strong PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline desirable.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or PROSCI advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Align and drive the wider strategic goals with senior management.
• Oversee the end-to-end Underwriting Operations for Singapore and APAC.
• Design and elevate the customer experience across underwriting touchpoints.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and efficiently.
• Lead and manage a team with cross-regional collaboration.
