Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to lead and enhance student experience and engagement through digital platforms, scholarships, and signature events. You will partner with stakeholders to design meaningful programmes, manage platforms, data analytics, and automation to improve delivery and participation.

Experience in higher education or student development, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with Power BI, Excel, CRM, and LMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering student engagement programmes, CCAs, scholarships, or signature events.
• Strong understanding of student engagement strategies and programme management.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support scholar-related initiatives and student engagement programmes.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver signature events and leadership development activities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into digital solutions, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement and maintain digital platforms and integrations.
• Manage platform operations, user support, and service delivery to ensure reliable outcomes.
