Job summary

WSG Workforce Singapore Agency is seeking a senior candidate to support development and implementation of operational policies and service delivery plans for programmes and services, ensuring policy intent and outcomes.

The role involves leading partnerships with government, unions, community and private sectors, and overseeing funding schemes and grant governance. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and manage appeals with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and review government partnerships across sectors.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and performance of NTUC-e2i and CMPs.
• Lead implementation of funding schemes with grant governance.
• Develop processes, workflows and SOPs; ensure digital integration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes.
• Manage appeals/feedback processes and coordinate responses.
