Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior software/system engineer to help design, develop, test, and deploy robust infrastructure and applications for large-scale projects.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will mentor technical teams, review code, and stay ahead of industry trends, delivering reusable components and driving best practices across design and development while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or system engineering.
• Strong full-stack development and software engineering fundamentals.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++ or .NET.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and customers to deliver project objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and debug system software and infrastructure solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
• Create and manage reusable components to improve efficiency.
